Pre-Order Policy

Nature of Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are offered based on manufacturer announcements, distributor allocations, and expected product availability.

• Availability is subject to supplier allocation and may change without prior notice.

Estimated Arrival Dates (ETA)

• All estimated arrival dates (ETAs) are approximate and are provided for reference only.

• Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing or production delays

  • Allocation reductions by the manufacturer or distributor

  • International shipping, customs, or logistics delays

  • Supplier-related issues or unforeseen circumstances

Collector's Corner cannot guarantee any specific delivery date for pre-order items.

Order Confirmation

• A pre-order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or deposit (where applicable).

• Orders are processed based on the order in which payment is received.

Cancellations

• Pre-orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

• Cancellation requests may be declined at the sole discretion of Collector's Corner.

Allocation Shortages

• If Collector's Corner is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to allocation shortages, supplier cancellation, or any reason beyond our control, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Manufacturer Changes

The following manufacturer changes do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or exchange:

• Packaging revisions

• Wheel, tyre, or rim variations

• Decal or tampo changes

• Paint application or color variations

• Accessory or specification changes made by the manufacturer

Combined Orders

• If in-stock and pre-order items are purchased together, they may be shipped separately.

• In-stock items may be dispatched immediately, while pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.

• Additional shipping charges may apply where separate shipments are required.

Balance Payment & Order Cancellation

• For deposit-based pre-orders, the remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe communicated by Collector's Corner.

• If the balance payment is not received after reminders and a final notice, the order may be cancelled.

• Any deposit paid may be forfeited, and the allocated item may be offered to another customer.

Refund Eligibility

Pre-order payments are non-refundable, except in the following situations:

• Collector's Corner is unable to fulfill the order.

• The manufacturer officially cancels the product.

• The allocated stock is not supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.

In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed using the original payment method.
